The stay was awesome with a huge, comfy King room and 24-hour coffee in the lobby! Always a relaxing experience.

The room was clean and check-in was smooth, but issues like a broken thermostat and an outdated appearance made for a less than ideal stay. While staff were friendly, the hard beds and a lack of basic amenities detracted from the experience.

We booked the stay primarily for the indoor pool, but discovered upon arrival that it was closed for renovations. The room we received was not what we expected. we had reserved one with two queens and a sofa, but only got the two beds, which were quite firm. The ice machine was out of order, and hearing the broken one beep throughout the night was bothersome. The location was good for our trip, and it seems that the hotel is undergoing improvements, but overall, this stay fell short of expectations.

We enjoyed the spacious room and the delicious made-to-order breakfast. The soft bed provided a comfortable sleep after our long day.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We enjoyed our stay and spent our days visiting nearby places like The Crossings Golf Club and Lavender Fields Herb Farm. The staff was friendly and the breakfast hit the spot. Highly recommend it for a group getaway.

Spent a night here during our road trip and loved the comfy king bed and the hot breakfast that had a ton of options! The indoor pool was a refreshing way to unwind after a long drive. Just wish there would have been more variety in the toiletries provided, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

During my recent stay, I loved that I could easily stroll to nearby dining options like True Taste Restaurant and enjoy lovely walks at the nearby Meadow Farm Museum, making my city exploration super convenient and enjoyable. plus, the hotel had a great welcoming atmosphere that made my time there comfortable, although the management could improve on room maintenance for an even better experience.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond/Virginia Center features a beautifully designed lobby with contemporary decor, generously accommodating seniors with wide pathways and easy elevator access that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Better attention to room maintenance needed.

Recommend it for solo travelers

I was thrilled when the staff came through with finding me a clean, newly renovated room on the 4th floor. Just being at the end of the hallway was a bonus, super quiet, I could finally relax.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for a solo stay.
